Anna-Maija Lämsä is Professor of Human Resource Management and Vice Dean of Education at the School of Business and Economics of Jyväskylä University, Finland. She is also leader of the research group Ethos. Her research interests are in ethical approaches to management, leadership and organizations, CSR and gender, leadership and management education. She has publications in journals like Journal of Business Ethics; Business Ethics: A European Review, etc. In international volumes by Routledge, Bloomsbury and Information Age Publishing. She has published three textbooks in Finland and won several awards for her research.
