Cathala Benoit is the European and International Mission Manager at the Centre National de la Fonction Publique Territoriale (CNFPT). Previously, Benoit Cathala was a cooperation officer in Egypt and a technical expert in Yemen on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France. He is engineer in environment and water management, geography and economic and social development. Benoit is trilingual (French, English, Spanish) and masters the Arabic language. His is specialized in administrative governance, in European and International affairs, sustainable development, rural development and training.
