During my Erasmus+ mobility within the ECIU University, I studied at the University of Trento in Italy as part of my Master’s in Sustainable and Energy Efficient Buildings at KTU. The blended learning format allowed me to follow the courses effectively while interacting with professors from the host university and international students. This approach helped me to engage with the learning in a more self-directed and practical way.
Throughout the mobility, I improved my analytical and problem-solving skills, strengthened my critical thinking, and learned to plan and organize tasks more efficiently. Engaging with diverse social groups also broadened my perspectives and helped me adapt to different cultural and academic contexts.
This experience increased my confidence in applying knowledge to real-world sustainability challenges and inspired me to approach problems with innovative solutions. I would recommend ECIU challenges and micro-module opportunities to anyone looking to develop their skills, gain international experience, and explore current practices in the EU.
